Free shipping, sales, and deliveries exclusively in the province of Barcelona.

When placing your order, you must pay the full amount of the purchase by bank transfer.

The transport of purchased items will be carried out by the transport service contracted by www.atemporal.casa. The delivery time is indicated at the time of purchase.

Deliveries that cannot be made due to access difficulties will be charged to the customer for both delivery and collection and return, and the remaining amount will be paid within a maximum period of 7 days. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the measurements and access points. They must notify us of any details to facilitate delivery. The transport service does not include a platform service if necessary. Reservations for Outlet products are not accepted. The material is delivered fully packaged. If for any reason you request that it be unpacked before its final destination, we will not be responsible for any damage caused.

In the event that the products are damaged during transport, the customer must indicate the anomalies on the carrier’s delivery note. In this case, www.atemporal.casa will repair or replace the defective products as soon as possible. Failure by the customer to make any observations at the time of delivery implies their full acceptance of the products received.
