Sales and Shipping
We sell and deliver products exclusively within the province of Barcelona. Transportation is provided through the service contracted by www.atemporal.casa.
Payment Method
The total amount of the purchase must be paid by bank transfer at the time the order is placed.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time will be the one indicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery Terms and Access
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the product dimensions and the accessibility of the delivery location in advance.
The delivery service does not include a forklift, should one be required. Any issues that prevent delivery will be the customer’s responsibility, and the customer will be liable for any resulting costs, including pickup and return fees if necessary. In that case, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.
The customer must provide any relevant details to facilitate delivery.
Product Packaging and Handling
All products are delivered fully packaged. If the customer requests unpacking before reaching the final destination, we shall not be liable for any damage resulting from such handling.
Issues During Shipping
If the product shows visible damage caused by shipping, the customer must note this in writing on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
In such cases, www.atemporal.casa will repair or replace the affected product as soon as possible.
The absence of any comments on the delivery receipt will be interpreted as full acceptance of the condition of the product received.
