PAYMENT METHOD, SHIPPING, AND PRODUCT DELIVERY

Sales and shipping
Products are sold and delivered exclusively within the province of Barcelona. Transportation is provided through the service contracted by www.atemporal.casa.

Payment method
The total amount of the purchase must be paid by bank transfer at the time of placing the order.

Delivery time
The estimated delivery time will be indicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery conditions and access
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product dimensions and accessibility of the delivery location in advance.
The transport service does not include a lifting platform, should one be necessary. Any difficulty that prevents delivery will be the responsibility of the customer, who will bear the resulting costs, including collection and return costs if necessary. In this case, the remaining amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 days.
The customer must notify any relevant details to facilitate delivery.

Product packaging and handling
All products are delivered fully packaged. If the customer requests unpacking before reaching the final destination, we shall not be liable for any damage resulting from such handling.

Incidents during transport
If the product shows visible damage due to transport, the customer must note this in writing on the carrier’s delivery note at the time of delivery.
In this case, www.atemporal.casa will repair or replace the affected product as soon as possible.
The absence of comments on the delivery note will be understood as full acceptance of the condition of the product received.
